Return Information
Our goal is to make your shopping experience with Bed Bug Supply as memorable and positive as possible. Given the exposure of the products we sell to bed bugs, we accept returns only on new, unopened and unused products. We make no exceptions to this policy to protect our customers, our employees and our inventory from possible exposure to bed bugs. Items delivered to the customer defective or damaged will be replaced with the same item or serviced by either Bed Bug Supply or the manufacturer of the item.

Simply contact us for a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the RA has been issued, please return the items back to us.

Products returned without an RA will be returned back to the customer. Please also be sure to include a copy of your receipt so that we may identify the order.

The payment method used to make the purchase will be credited back, less any shipping costs incurred to ship your order.

The client will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For your protection, always keep your return tracking number on hand in case your package gets stolen or lost during shipping. Most refunds are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your refund is processed.

Atrix, NightWatch, PackTite, Tri-Flo, ZappBug, Vapamore and Polti Orders
We do not accept returns or provide refunds on Atrix, NightWatch, PackTite, Tri-Flo, ZappBug, Vapamore and Polti orders. Service or product issues with these brands are dealt with directly by the manufacturer.
