The Haan HS-20 is a high quality handheld steamer that includes the attachments necessary to kill bed bugs effectively. Very Nice Indeed

We love our Haan. We first used it for bed bugs and not that they are gone we use it to clean our house. With a son with asthma, our home no longer smells like a cleaning product. The quality is exceptional and its a good value. Bed Bug Supply was also very helpful during the bed bug ordeal, which is very important as we had quite a few questions that they answered for us! Bed Bug Buster!

Bed bug supply knows their stuff! We got this to kill some bed bugs in our apartment and that's just what it did. We hit the baseboards and the furniture first and then put down the powders and sprays. We like the quality and my wife now uses it to clean the showers and the toilets. It also has a bunch of little attachments that get you into the nicks and crannies. Well worth the money and probably one of the best investments we've made in a while.

Yes, It works

Item arrive promptly and as described. It's hot and the bed bugs die quickly. We used this with the bed bug kit, interceptor and mattress encasements. This was a LOT cheaper than what the bug man wanted and we now own the products in case, GOD FORBID, we get them again. I work in the medical field and likely come into contact with them frequently. 5 star company and product!

Got one for the kids too!

A friend of mine had one of these HAAN steamers and reccomended that we get one. We don't have bed bugs, but we live in an apartment building and something we could use for prevention. Its easy to use and molded to my hand nicely as I have arthritus. The steam is very hot and it's well made. It's a nice little steamer for the money. Another high point is when I called an actual person picked up the phone.

Very Cool

We love this steamer. It was displayed in the mall as a bed bug steamer for $100 so we looked online and got it here for $59.95. That's a nice savings and it had free shipping. I feel bad for the guy at the mall that sold us on it, but $40 bucks ins $40 bucks in todays economy!

A great product that I promise will do the job. sometimes its difficult unscrewing the top nozzle to the steamer.However,with each use I get better with the nozzle.
