Have been cleaning like crazy. My grout looks like new, possibly even better. A cleaning company quoted us $1200 to clean our downstairs. So, I had an immediate ROI.
I'm giving it 5 stars for cleaning, but my tumb gets tired of holding the button, so that is a four. However, I will make a velcro strap to hold the button, with a loop araound my thumb for quick release. Problem solved.
LOVE this machine, and have told EVERYONE about it.
