Shipping Time
Most orders received before 4:00 PM are shipped same day as we stock large quantities of everything we offer. Most orders received after 4:00 PM will ship the next business day. Although we ship all orders same day if received by 4 pm Mon-Fri, tracking numbers are entered into our system and sent out to our customers within 24 hours. We are closed on all major holidays including Christmas, Thankgsgiving and New Years Day.
To reduce theft of unattended packages, we require signature confirmation on orders above $200
Shipping Days are Monday thru Friday Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We are however open on the weekend to assist with customer service or sales questions.
Bonus Items
Bonus items are often shipped separately through USPS mail. Tracking numbers for bonus items are available upon request.
Change of Address Policy
If an address change is necessary after the order has been shipped we charge an $11 fee, which is the actual fee we are charged by the carrier (address changes are not always possible due to variables outside of our control). If the order has already been delivered we unfortunately cannot change the address. We are also not responsible for and will not refund orders shipped to inaccurate addresses provided by the customer (please check your order for accuracy to ensure it's being delivered to the correct address).
International Orders
Free shipping does not apply to International orders including Canada. Powders and sprays cannot be shipped internationally. Please select international shipping methods at checkout. Shipping charges collected for international orders do not include possible customs fees.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Bed Bug Supply as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 4:00 PM, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time; however, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay the fulfillment of your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
