It’s our goal to make your shopping experience with Bed Bug Supply as memorable and positive as possible. Given the exposure of the products we sell to bed bugs, we accept returns on all new, unopened and unused products. Simply contact us for a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the RA has been issued, please return the items back to us. Products returned without an RA will be returned back to the customer. The payment method used to make the purchase will be credited back in full minus the actual shipping charges.
For Packtite and NightWatch orders, we do not accept returns or provide refunds. Service or product issues with Packtite Heaters and Nightwatch Monitors are dealt with directly by the manufacture.
